Our Story
A recipe isn't a recipe
without the hands
that made it first.
Rio's Cuban Cafe wasn't founded on a business plan. It was founded on a kitchen table in Havana, a grandmother who refused to accept store-bought dough, and a belief that if you're going to do something, you do it the way it was meant to be done.
Today, that same refusal to compromise shows up in everything we make — from the 36-hour fermentation in our pan de vida to the way we grind our coffee just before each customer's cup hits the counter. Naples may be new to us, but the craft isn't.
